The “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” is an online gaming contest, open to all Nepalese residents of Nepal.
The gaming contest shall run for a total of Twelve (12) weeks.
Each Participant must register and confirm via email and login to the contest.
Participants must allow to access account information and register their personal information to be eligible for the contest.
“Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” reserves the right to disqualify and remove any participants from the contest without prior notification or disclose their personal information if they are suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the terms and conditions of their account.
The winners will be selected on weekly basis. The winner's announcement may vary without any notice.
Once announced a winner will not be eligible to win the following week’s gift hamper.
The prizes shall neither be transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any items. “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” reserves the absolute right to substitute the prizes with that of similar value at any time with or without prior notice and subject to TDS.
The decision of “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.
Entries must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest”. Entry is invalid if it is incomplete, contains false information or any other errors as determined by “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” in its sole discretion.
All winners will be notified via Facebook wall post & notification and any other means of communications as determined by “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” or its authorized representative. This includes publishing on the application page as well as YAMAHA Official Facebook Page.
By participating in the contest, participants have expressly consented for their particulars to be posted in any method or medium that “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” sees fit for the purpose of announcing the winners.
Acceptance of the prizes constitutes the winners’ unconditional agreement and permission to “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” and its agencies to use the winners’ names, winner and his/her friends’ photograph and/or likeness for purposes of editorial, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation and notice. “Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” fully reserves its rights to such forms of publicity and publication.
“Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” reserves the rights to at any time add to, delete, vary or amend the contents within this application, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any users of this application or any other party.
“Yamaha Roadies Jungle Quest” reserves the right to at any time add to, delete, vary or amend the Terms and Conditions herein or change or modify any aspect of this contest, in whole or in part at any time and from time to time and at its sole discretion without notice and without liability to any participant or any other party.
